Sweetgrass Labradors

Doug and Nancy are great people, their dogs are family members  and Katie is a great dog with very strong natural instincts. I 've trained dogs over 46 years and the very first time I watched Katie work I felt she would become a great hunter and she has in a short time. On her first trip afield Katie found and flushed then retrieved 3 pheasants on state land, this was her first time in the field. I told Doug right then I felt Katie had great natural abilities and she has proven me right. Katie now has started pointing most of her pheasant and other upland birds, she loves to retrieve both land and water. Maggie the young black female is well on her way to following in Katie's paw prints. Maggie has a very sweet personalty and the same great traits Katie shows.
Puppies from these dogs will make great hunters and pets. I will be getting a pup from this line in the future .
